About the House
The house is a split level development in a peaceful and private position. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, dressing room that also leads to a dome bathroom. The bedroom also has its own private terrace with steps down to the pool. Second bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe. Both bathrooms are en suite, with shower, wash basin, hot and cold water and low level wc. The master bathroom has a bidet. The unusual dome is a feature.

The large drawing room (30’ x 20’) leads to an open verandah. There is a colonnade of arches that lead to the bedrooms. The room is comfortably furnished with antiques.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, large fridge and deep freeze, dish washer and breakfast bar.

The main dining area is outdoors, and is approached from the kitchen, via the roof garden and seats 6-8 people in comfort. The verandah also has a round table for dining and is a comfortable open plan area for sitting and enjoying the views of the garden and the ocean with sailing yachts that pass in front. The ideal spot for a sun downer.

The house has a large kidney shaped pool with deck around for lounging. Gardens also surround this area. The pool is approached by 2 stair cases.

Garden Apartment
The apartment can be rented separately from the main house and accommodates 2 people. It is a self contained flat with its own balcony and steps that lead to the swimming pool. A large bedroom/living room give the maximum of comfort. A well fitted kitchen and bathroom are both separate from the main living room area.
