Among Limeberry's main attractions is its location, a few minutes walk from two of Tortola's best beaches, Long Bay and Smugglers Cove. The wonderful colors of the bedrooms and living areas, delightfully decorated in pinks, greens, blues, yellows and oranges. The sparkling fresh water pool with cocktail seat and private flower filled sundeck. The central courtyard on to which the individual bedrooms in pavilion buildings adjoin. The canopy style beds, two king size and one queen size. The private en suite bathrooms with spacious stucco showers detailed in handmade tiles. The covered alfresco dining area which is ideal for a lazy lunch or a romantic dinner.

In addition the house is very well appointed. We have tried to think of everything to make our guests' vacation as hassle free as possible. Limeberry has all the amenities you need, fully equipped gallery kitchen with microwave, ice making refrigerator/freezer, blender, dishwasher, picnic coolers, washer and dryer plus more. The sundeck has a stainless steel barbecue to keep the heat out of the kitchen.

Beach items include bogie boards, towels, chairs and umbrellas. Other items in the house include CD player with CDs, TV and VCR with video library, games, books, a double hammock, fax machine and finally a helpful welcome guide, giving you tips of where to eat, shop, sail, snorkel and the history of the house.

We are happy to make recommendations and reservations in advance for sailing, diving, fishing, para-sailing, sightseeing and shopping trips to St. Thomas.

You will be met on arrival by our friendly cab driver. From the airport it takes 45 minutes to the house or from West End ferry a 10 minute trip. Then if you have decided to rent a car or a jeep, Veronica will deliver your vehicle straight to the house, making sure you can spend extra time relaxing.

Open the refrigerator where you will find a complimentary welcome basket together with cold drink. By prior arrangement a provisioning service can be arranged.

Our housekeeper will arrive on her appointed day to clean Limeberry. Changing sheets and towels and washing clothes. The housekeeper can also do personal laundry for you. Persaud is our handsome and smiling gardener, who will come and clean the pool and take care of the garden for you.

The wonderful location of the British Virgin Islands, the white powder beaches and the crystal clear waters will make your vacation at "Limberry" a truly wonderful and memorable experience.

Rental Policies
A 50% deposit is required to secure booking. The final 50% together with 7% government tax due 45 days prior to arrival.
