The Peach Cottage is on a hillside at West End. It has a spectacular view of the Sir Francis Drake Channel, St. John and St. Croix. The Peach Cottage is a cozy one bedroom and bath with a small kitchenette. It has multiple sun decks that surround the swimming pool.

You can enjoy outside dining on your balcony overlooking the pool and Sir Francis Drakes Channel. The Peach Cottage has a secluded setting and is just minutes to shopping and the Long Bay and Smugglers Cove Beaches.

Weekly rates include local telephone calls, utilities, every 4th day linen & towels exchanged. Minimum rental period is one week. You will be met at a prearranged location and escorted to the cottage. We can provide you with maps of the island and make suggestions for dining, day sailing and many other activities. We can supply you with car rental agencies information. It is recommended to rent a 4 wheel drive car to be able to fully utilize all your travel choices on Tortola.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of the rent must be received within 10 days from booking to confirm your reservation. The balance of the rent must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival are subject to a 100% penalty. If we are able to rebook the canceled dates the client will be reimbursed for 50% of the total rental.
