One of the Caribbean's most luxurious and impressive estates, Steele Point is dramatically situated at the tip of a private gated peninsula on Tortola's West End. There are two separate villas, Steele Point and The Gestalt.

THE MAIN HOUSE
The main house offers 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 king and 1 full), 4 bathrooms, a business center, a very well equipped gourmet kitchen and bar with granite counters, a fresh water pool overlooking the sea, a private boat dock and some of the best snorkeling in the BVI.

THE GESTALT
Set in two acres of landscaped grounds, the Gestalt has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 kings and 4 twins which can become 2 kings) and 4½ bathrooms. A path leads to your own private swimming dock.

Christmas/New Year minimum stay 14 nights.

Due to the nature and construction of Steele Point children under the age of 10 are discouraged. Children of all ages are welcome at the Gestalt.

The staff are courteous and discreet, providing maid service 5 days per week and exceptional amenities. The staff is happy to arrange any daily activity you wish, along with accommodating you every need.

Chef services are available at both villas. At the Steele Point Villa a gourmet chef prepares breakfast and lunch (included in your rental rate) 5 days per week.

Damage deposit $500 + 5% gratuity for staff to rental rate + 7% BVI Hotel tax.

Steele Point
This 4,200 sq. foot residence is designed to offer panoramic views of the ocean and neighboring islands from every terraced viewpoint.

You will enjoy waterfront dining and spectacular sunsets. The utilization of rock outcrops for patios and the timber stairways connecting the main living area with the bedroom accommodations (which are situated along a cliff, ranging from 20 to 100 feet above the sea) typify Steele Point's bold design.

The property also features a dynamic cliff-side swimming pool, allowing one to relax and behold passing sailboats. An abundance of carefully placed outdoor patios and sitting areas offer a variety of sun-drenched and shaded retreats. The expansive dock area is complete with sheltered sunbathing decks and ladders for swimming and snorkeling the crystal clear waters.

The king master suite offers steam room, alfresco shower, walk-in closet, kitchenette and large private sunbathing deck with luxurious chaises. All bedrooms are equipped with cable TV and VCR.

An extensive collection of fine art and original sculpture adorn the property inside and out. Also at your disposal is a wonderful collection of books, videos and CDs.

The Gestalt
An unparalleled secluded setting so rich with landscaping over its two acres that the home remains virtually unnoticed by the yachts that ply the waters of the Sir Francis Drake Channel. The Gestalt is truly a private seaside retreat. Its open air, Mediterranean-influenced architecture (all common areas are al fresco), encourages the ultimate enjoyment of nature's sights and sounds, while the glorious landscaping ensures uncompromising privacy.

Perched on the promontory, which forms the entrance to the wide bay of West End, the property is magnificently landscaped with hibiscus, frangipani, papaya, mango and oleander. The Gestalt is set one hundred feet above the sea with a lovely path leading to your own private swimming dock where you can indulge yourself in the beauty which surrounds you both above or below the crystal clear blue waters of the Caribbean.
