Located in Belmont Estate and set in a tropical garden on Tortola's north shore, Sugar Loaf Cottage is just a five minutes walk along a gently sloping road to Smuggler's Cove.
Over the hill is the West End ferry dock where the ferry shuttles to and from the USVI's St. Thomas and St. John. Flights from Puerto Rico and San Juan arrive at the Beef Island airport, a forty minute taxi ride away.
Sugar Loaf Cottage is new and prettily furnished with one
large bedroom, a king size bed (or twins if you prefer) while
the living room has two comfortable day beds which easily convert to
sleep an extra two. Each room has its own full bathroom and private
balcony while a large verandah off the living room can be used for outdoor
dining. All rooms have ceiling fans and the kitchen is fully equipped
with stove-top cooker, microwave, fridge, blender and all utensils and
china.
The owner (on separate premises) will meet the ferry, arrange car and provisions if required. Baby sitting and laundry service can be arranged.
Weekly rates include local telephone calls, utilities, household linen, and twice weekly maid service. There is an additional 7% for government tax.
The minimum rental period is one week. A deposit of 50% is required on reservation with the balance due one month prior to the start of the rental period.
