Located on Discovery Bay, in its own landscaped gardens, the house has an outstanding view of the ocean.

It consists of six bedrooms and six bathrooms, with a seventh bedroom and en suite bathroom attached to the garage.

The house has elegantly furnished living and dining rooms and through the french doors there is a furnished, covered patio.

A Summer Place Villa is fully staffed with a butler, cook, gardener and housekeeper. A stand-by generator automatically trips in case of power outages.
