It is located in Runaway Bay, just 20 minutes from Ocho Rios and 55 minutes from Montego Bay. An eighteen-hole golf course, and watersports facilities are within walking distance of the villa. Chukka Cove", Jamaica's premier riding stable is within 10 minutes drive, and along with horseback riding, also offers as many as 6 tours, including the newest craze, "tubing" down the White River.

Interiors
The interiors are colorful and brightly furnished. French doors open out from the dining and living room onto a lovely ocean view, and your private beach. All three bedrooms offer air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Exteriors
The exterior of the house is just magnificent. The house sits directly on the beach, with only a few steps of the verandah separating you from dripping your feet into the warm sand and cool water. The beach is 25,000 square feet with 200 feet of sea frontage. There is a large almond tree in the middle of the beach, perfect for shade and features a hammock for idling your time away. The pool is oval, 26' long, 12' wide; depth is 3 1/2' - 5' (no diving). It features a pool deck with furniture.

Staff
The villa is fully staffed with a Cook/butler, Housekeeper, to pamper you with legendary Jamaican hospitality and food, and night security guard.

Bedroom Accommodations
Bedroom #1 Master bedroom.
It features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination. It has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. This bedroom has a gorgeous ocean view.

Bedroom #2
Optional king-size or twin beds, en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination. It has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom #3
Optional king-size or twin beds, en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination. It has air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. This bedroom also features a day bed for extra sleeping accommodation.

Also available is three additional day beds and a baby crib.
