Government taxes are already included in rates, while gratuity charge is then applied to villa rate only. Gratuity charge fully covers the services of Chef, Butler, Chambermaid, Laundress, Gardener, and Security personnel. Staff gratuity of 15% is added to villa rental rates in W/S and 10% in N- W/S.


Please note; Non- winter season is rented at a minimum of 3 nights, winter season 5 nights and 7 nights minimum for the holiday periods.

Rates are based on double occupancy per room; each additional person attracts US$20.00 nightly.

Nightly rates shows (Non-Winter Season) = US$ 714 + 10% = TOTAL US$.785.00
(Winter Season) = US$ 1,000.00 + 15% = TOTAL US$1,150.00

Choose from our deluxe menu or customize your own dishes by sending us your grocery list. Your cook will then pre - stock on your behalf and provide you with your shopping receipt when you arrive at the villa. This service attracts a US$45 service charge. Or feel free to go grocery shopping with your cook when you arrive at the villa.

Payment, Cancellation, and Damages deposit Policy
Your reservation request will be reconfirmed by us within 24 to 48 hours of your submission. A 50% deposit confirms a reservation. Balance is due 30 days before travel. No refunds for cancellation that are made within 30 days prior to scheduled occupancy. For cancellations 31 or more days prior to schedule occupancy, we will refund all deposits less 10% cancellation fee. For Christmas and New Year the no-refund policy applies 40 days prior to scheduled travel.
