The estate, set in 2 and a half acres of gardens, comprises of three separate buildings.
The main house surrounded by a wide wooden deck has three bedrooms, and two comfortable shower rooms, a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. A separate bedroom suite with one and half bath is situated across from the main house opposite the swimming pool.
A few steps away there is a 2 bedroom 2 and half bathroom cottage which has an open kitchen connected to the loggia by a bar-plan, a living room with a verandah opening onto a small natural pool.
For larger groups the cottage can be rented as an addition. Their privacy is guaranteed by the lush tropical foliage of the garden and there is 10 feet distance between them.
Alize gets its name from the French translation of "Trade Winds". These breezes flow through continuously.
Alize is located 16 miles from the airport and the shopping malls of Fort-de-France, and it is the perfect starting point for exploring the most beautiful beaches of Southern Martinique.
For food provisions there is a shop 1,300 feet from the villa or if you prefer to discover local dishes, you can choose from small restaurants in the market town that is 1.4 miles away.
At Pointe Faula, a nearby local beauty spot, you can learn to windsurf. The conditions are ideal for windsurfing because the beach faces the trade winds and the water depth is only two feet over an area of more than 5,000 square meters.
Alize is a blend of Mediterranean and Caribbean style with its wooden shutters and its wide wrap around verandah. This architecture is ideal to enjoy the unique atmosphere brought by the delicate combination of the shade provided by the wooden verandah, the soft sea breeze and the dazzling sight of the sun sparkling on the ocean.

- Transportation to the villa (restricted to 8.00 am to 8.00 PM arrivals)

The minimum rental period is one week.
A deposit of 25% is required on reservation. The balance is due with a 5,000 FF damage deposit on or before arrival.
