Payment and Cancellation Policy 50% of the rent must be received within 10 days from booking to confirm your reservation. The balance of the rent must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival are subject to a 100% penalty. If we are able to rebook the cancelled dates the client will be reimbursed for 50% of the total rental.

Rates include local telephone calls, utilities, every 4th day linen and towels exchanged, cleaning once a week. Minimum rental period is three nights excluding Christmas. We also have a 1990 Jeep available for rental for $45 US per day.

 

Come stay as a guest of the Internationally acclaimed, celebrity chef, "Sunshine" of Sunshine's Beach Bar and Grill located on the best beach in Nevis, Pinney's Beach.

Sunshine's restaurant is known both locally and internationally for some of the best food on the island (including some of the best lobster and freshest salads), his famous "Killer Bee" rum drink and the best "local" atmosphere.

Our cottages are conveniently located only a few minutes drive to the beach, town and about 10 minutes from the airport.

As a preferred guest of Sunshine's, you may set up a tab at his beach bar and restaurant, noted to have the best seafood, bbq ribs and bbq chicken on the island.
