The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each on a different level giving maximum privacy for two couples, or a family of four. The bedrooms on the main level has a queen size bed and a full bath with shower. The bedroom on the lower level has twin beds or a king size bed, a full bath with shower, sitting area, a deck and the option of air conditioning. This lower level has its own entrance and is approached by an outside staircase.

Christmas Winds has inside and outside dining areas, an excellent kitchen with microwave, a comfortable living area with stereo system, color television, cable and a VCR. There are ceiling fans and the deck has lounges for sunning and relaxing. It is a well-maintained wood home with ceramic tile floors, native stone work and high ceilings. The atmosphere in the house is informal and the home is ideal for one or two couples. There is a gas grill for outside cooking.

The home has established plantings and is in a quiet and private area, a mile from Cruz Bay center. It is a hillside home with trees and vacant lots both sides, a nice breeze and total privacy and seclusion.

A vehicle is necessary for easy access to the North Shore National Park Beaches, restaurants and shops.

Christmas Winds sleeps four comfortably and privately, yet is an excellent home for a quiet honeymoon. The home is also good for a family with older children who can sleep on a separate level from their parents.

There is no maid service, but it is thoroughly prepared for guests and cleaned upon departure. There are linens, beach towels and a full laundry with washer and dryer.
