• A minimum 7 night rental is required during the 'In season', while a 5 night rental is required during the 'value season'.
• Reservations are confirmed with a deposit of 50%, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
• All payments U.S. Funds by check, money order or wire transfer.

Cancellation policy:
• If cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to arrival - a refund will be made less a 20% (of total rent) administrative fee.
• If cancellation is made within 60 days of arrival you will be subject to a 100% forfeiture if we are unable to rebook the villa for those dates.
Damage deposit: $500.00. Refunded within 45 days of departure provided there are no deductions for damages, missing items or long distance calls.
Hotel Tax: There is a 8% government tax.

Arrival: You'll be met at the airport or your car rental agency and escorted to Villa Amour where you'll be given a brief orientation of property.

Life at the Villa centers around the large 15x40 pool surrounded by native stonework and sparkling mosaic accents. Designed with an infinity edge and illuminated by fiber optic lights in shifting neon colors -- Villa Amour's waterscape is beautifully unique.

The pool deck features lounge chairs, a gas grill and a 'Platinum Series' Jacuzzi brand whirlpool spa. Turn your body to jello while listening to the built in surround sound stereo and adjust the jets with the floating remote control -- there's no better place to watch sunsets and at night become one with the evening sky, falling stars are almost a guarantee... the ultimate in relaxation.....incredible, it doesn't get any better than this!

The views from Villa Amour are better than you can imagine. The endless turquoise blue sea is dotted with numerous islands and small cays and you can often spot humpback whales enjoying their own winter vacations. Inner and Outer Brass Islands, less than a mile offshore, are waiting to be explored. St. John, Tortola and Jost Van Dyke and several other U.S and British Virgin islands provide a beautiful backdrop both days and evenings.

The Villa grounds are lushly landscaped with sweet smelling roses, swaying palms and a variety of tropical flora. Located a half mile down a natural road, Villa Amour sits on nearly 100 undeveloped acres. Wild green parrots, iguanas, deer and an occasional cow can often be seen. No noise neighbors here.

The four bedrooms, all with private custom tiled baths, are furnished with light woods and bright fabrics. Three king size beds and two twins (convertible to king) sleep eight comfortably. Two even have separate private lania's.

The Villa is completely tiled in fine Italian terra cotta with specially commissioned mosaic accents and echted glass windows. Decorated with art from around the world -- there's a 12 foot tall Indonesian Garuda carving in the great room -- and an extensive glass collection. A floating aquarium of fish shimmers below the 20ft skylight and above the grand staircase. The Cypress ceilinged great room opens onto the outdoor living space and pool deck. 30 foot wide retractable glass doors give Villa Amour an outdoor living quality that's just stunning.
